Traditional Indigenous Australian Use – Illawarra Plum (Daalgaal) was eaten by children, especially, as a treat.

Modern Day Use – Illawarra Plum (Daalgaal) contains appreciable quantities of sticky sugars, which are hugely beneficial to the gastrointestinal tract. The antioxidant level is 7-times that of blueberries.

Chocolate on Purpose® use sustainable cocoa only from suppliers who are members of the ‘Cocoa Horizons’ Foundation. Belgian chocolate is used including Cocoa Butter which provides health benefits & and has anti-oxidant properties.

Carbon Credits from the Aboriginal Carbon Foundation (AbCF) is purchased to offset their personal & business carbon footprint.
