This piece was handmade by women who have escaped trafficking and are now rebuilding their lives through Eden’s programs in Myanmar.
Sandar was orphaned at just three years old and later endured years of abuse at the hands of a relative. Her childhood was stolen, and she was trafficked across borders. After bravely testifying against her captors, Sandar arrived at Eden deeply traumatised. Through a safe, supportive environment and jewellery making, Sandar began to heal.
